Lost your device? Here you can order a new one and then pair them easily again. (NOTE Only one unit, charging stand is not included!)

Here’s how to reconnect your devices:

1. Start by holding down the volume button down (lower) sitting on the side of the parent unit.
2. Start the device ON / OFF in the ON mode and wait for a flashing P in the temperature indicator.
3. Then hold down the volume button (lower) on the baby unit. and start it on the same set as the parent unit.
4. Release the volume down button, then press it again.
5. If the pairing has succeeded, P will stop blinking and there will be two beeps from the parent unit.
6. Turn the devices off and on again and start them normally and now it should work again as normal.
