From our webshop, you can order items to Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden. Outside of the Nordics, you can contact one of our resellers.
I have not received an order confirmation. Did my order go through?
We always send an order confirmation to the email address you provided during purchase. Please check your spam folder to ensure the email hasn’t ended up there. If you still haven’t received it, we kindly ask you to email us at support@capidi.com.
What is your delivery time?
We do our best to ship your ordered items as quickly as possible. Normally, we dispatch the items within 3-5 business days. Please remember that additional days may be required for transportation.
What payment methods can I use?
With us, you can pay with Klarna, either by invoice or by card.

What are the terms of your right of withdrawal?
We offer a 14-day full right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.
I have changed my mind and want to return an item. How do I proceed?
To return the item, the packaging must be unopened, and the products must be in their original condition. You are responsible for the return postage and should send the item to:

Product questions
My devices can’t find each other, what should I do?
If the units become completely discharged, the pairing may be lost. Follow these steps to re-pair the units:
1. Both units should be turned off initially.
2. Start with the parent unit. Hold down the PLUS (+) button while simultaneously holding the on/off button until you see fast green blinking. Then, put the unit aside.
3. Do the exact same thing with the baby unit. Release the buttons, and both units should now be blinking green. Press the PLUS button once more.
4. After this, you should hear 2 signals from the parent unit, indicating that they are paired again.
5. Turn off the units and restart them as usual.
Now, it should work again.

My devices can’t find each other, what should I do?
Pair the parent unit with the baby unit so they can communicate with each other while ensuring no other devices (including baby monitors of the same model) can interfere or receive your signal. The baby and parent units are already paired with a factory-set code when shipped. However, we recommend re-pairing for better privacy:
1. Start with the parent unit. Hold down the down arrow button (on the volume buttons on the side of the unit).
2. Switch the power switch to the ON position and wait until the temperature indicator blinks at 20. Set the unit aside.
3. Take the baby unit. Hold down the down arrow button.
4. Switch the power switch to the ON position and wait until the TX light starts blinking.
5. Release the down arrow button and then press and hold it again.
6. If the pairing is successful, the temperature indicator and TX light will stop blinking, and you will hear 2 sound signals from the parent unit.
7. Turn off both the baby and parent units, then turn them on again. They should now work.
If the baby and parent units cannot communicate, repeat steps 1–7.
