Order
You can correct your order at any time during the ordering process.
All goods remain the property of CAPiDi.com (Legal entity Capidi AB, 556479-4948) until full payment has been received by the company.
All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police, and CAPiDi.com reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
When you have entered into an agreement with us, we save the order details. You can view your order details on the screen as well as in the order confirmation we send to your email address.

Prices
All prices on the website are stated in SEK, including VAT. Prices are exclusive of delivery costs (postage). If you order from Sweden or another EU country, VAT is paid, and no customs fee is added according to the rules of free movement of goods. If you order from a country outside the EU, VAT is not added, but goods are often subject to customs fees and VAT in your home country.
Sales in General
When you order goods via our website, please note the following: CAPiDi.com’s ordering system sends an email to the customer, containing the agreement between the company and the customer. The final price agreement is sent with the goods as an invoice for the purchase. Any discounts are deducted on this invoice.
CAPiDi cannot enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years) without parental approval.
Reservations
These terms of purchase are subject to typographical and printing errors, as well as out-of-stock or discontinued products or extended delivery times from CAPiDi’s suppliers.
Payment
If payment is made by debit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment overview. As a private individual, you have no liability if a credit card is misused in an online store that uses (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.
The amount is charged to your debit card when you complete your purchase. A larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase can never be charged.
In CAPiDi’s online store, you can pay with the following payment methods:

Delivery Terms
At CAPiDi, shipping is included in the price when you shop for more than 595 SEK.
Any postage is clearly shown in the payment overview before the payment is completed. The customer then has the option to either complete or cancel the purchase.
Delivery time refers to the number of days before the goods are shipped from CAPiDi. If we CANNOT deliver within the agreed time, you will be informed without delay of the reason for the delay and provided with a new delivery date. You then have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
Complaints
In accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, we provide a 36-month warranty on all goods. The warranty applies whether the fault is visible or hidden. However, it is a requirement that the fault did not arise as a result of improper use of the product. If the product is faulty, the customer is entitled to a replacement.
Complaints regarding defects that should be discovered during regular inspection of the product must be received by us within a reasonable time. Complaints made within 2 months from the date of purchase are always considered within a reasonable time. The product can then be returned for repair, replacement with a new product, or crediting as agreed.
If CAPiDi undertakes a replacement or rectifies the defect in the event of a complaint, any shipping costs will be refunded within 30 days from the date the company received the complained product. Refunds are made within reasonable limits.

Right of Withdrawal
If you regret a purchase, the product must be returned to us within 14 days. The right of withdrawal applies from the time you receive the product. When returning, the product must be returned in the same condition and quantity as you received it. Note that you may not use the product and then expect to return it. As a rule, you have the right to inspect and possibly test the product, provided it does not reduce the value of the product (the product’s possible sales packaging is part of the value). In other words, the right of withdrawal is void if you use the product in such a way that it is obvious that the use significantly reduces the product’s resale value.

When you withdraw a purchase, the purchase amount will be transferred to the card specified at the time of payment. Refunds are made as soon as possible after the return has been received and it has been checked that the return meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal.
Any costs associated with returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.
If you cancel the purchase, you have the right to get your money back within 30 days from the day CAPiDi received the notice.
**NOTE!** There is no right of withdrawal for products that are to be manufactured or customized according to your individual needs if the manufacturing or customization has begun. However, this only applies when you have given your consent for CAPiDi to begin manufacturing or customization before the right of withdrawal expires. By accepting the terms and conditions at the time of ordering, you simultaneously accept that the manufacturing of the product can begin before the right of withdrawal expires.
Your Personal Information
When you order a product from CAPiDi, you must provide your name, address, email, and phone number so that we can send your goods to you. All your personal information that we register is treated confidentially. They will not be sold or forwarded to third parties. When you check the box to accept our terms and conditions during the purchase process, you simultaneously accept that your personal information may be saved. Personal data is protected from external intrusion and handled according to the provisions of GDPR.
