You can correct your order at any time in the order process.
All goods remain CAPiDi.com’s (Legal person Capidi AB, 556479-4948) property until full payment has been received by the company.
All attempts at fraudulent police reporting and CAPiDi.com reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
Once you have entered into an agreement with us, we save the order information. You can see your order details on the screen and on the order confirmation we send to your email address.

All prices on the website are stated in SEK, including VAT. Prices are exclusive of delivery cost (postage). If you order from Sweden or another EU country, VAT is paid and no customs fee is added according to the rules on the free movement of goods. If you order from a country outside the EU, VAT will not be added, but the goods will often be subject to customs duty and VAT in your home country.
Sales in general
When ordering goods via our website, you should pay attention to the following: CAPiDi.com’s ordering system sends an email to the customer, which includes agreements between the company and the customer. The final price agreement is sent with the goods as an invoice on the purchase. On this invoice are discounts deducted.
CAPiDi may not enter into agreements with minors (under the age of 18) without the parent’s approval.
These terms and conditions apply subject to printing and typing errors as well as sold or expired goods or extended delivery time at CAPiDi’s suppliers.
If the payment is made by debit card, you are always insured against abuse. You have the opportunity to reject a payment when you receive your payment summary. As a private person, there is no deductible if a credit card is abused in an Internet store that uses (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.
The information you provide in connection with a purchase with a payment card is encrypted (SSL – Secure), and it is thus only PayEx that can read it. Neither CAPiDi.com nor anyone else has access to this data. Read more about safety PayEx.se.
The amount will be charged to your debit card when you cancel your purchase. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.

At CAPiDi the shipping is included in the price when you shop for over 300 SEK.
Any postage is clearly stated on the payment surpluses before payment is made. The customer is then able to carry out or cancel the purchase.
By delivery time is meant the number of days before the goods / goods are sent from CAPiDi. If we are unable to deliver within the agreed time, you must be informed without delay of the reason for the delay and be informed of a new delivery time. You then have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.
In accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, we give 36 months warranty on all goods. The warranty applies regardless of whether the error is visible or hidden. However, it is a condition that errors have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product. If the product is faulty, the customer is entitled to a replacement.
Complaints regarding faults and deficiencies, which should be discovered during normal examination of the goods, must be available to us within a reasonable time. Complaints that take place within 2 months from the time of purchase are always considered within reasonable time. The goods can then be returned for repair, replacement of new goods or according to agreement credit.
If CAPiDi makes a delivery or remedies the fault in the event of a complaint, any shipping costs must be refunded within 30 days from the day the company received the complained goods. Repayment is done within reasonable limits.

If you regret a purchase, the product must be returned to us within 14 days. The right of withdrawal applies from the time you received the goods. Upon return, the goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as you received it in. Note that you are not allowed to use the product and then expect to be able to return it. You usually have the right to investigate the product and possibly test it, if it does not impair the value of the goods (the product’s possible sales packaging is part of the value). That is The right of withdrawal lapses if you use the product in such a way, where it is obvious that the use significantly reduces the product’s sales value.

When you cancel a purchase, the purchase price will be transferred to the card specified at the time of payment. Repayment takes place as soon as possible, after the return has been received and verification has been made that it meets the conditions that make it possible to apply the right of withdrawal.
Any costs incurred in connection with a return of goods are for the customer.
If you cancel the purchase, you have the right to get the money back within 30 days from the date CAPiDi received the message.
NOTE! There is no right of withdrawal on goods to be manufactured or adapted to your individual needs if the production or adaptation has begun. However, this only applies when you have previously given consent that CAPiDi may commence the request or adaptation before the end of the right of withdrawal. When accepting the terms and conditions in connection with the order, you also agree that the production of the goods can begin before the end of the right of withdrawal.
Your personal information
When you order a product from CAPiDi, you must provide your name, address, e-mail, telephone, so that we can send your goods to you. All your personal information that we register is treated confidentially. They will not be sold or passed on to third parties. When you check in the purchase process that you accept our purchase conditions, you also agree that your personal data may be saved. The personal data is protected from external intrusion and is handled in accordance with the provisions of PUL.
